We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure that the forums have some productive conversation. These rules and guidelines are enforced by administrators and moderators, and at their discretion they may delete posts without warning that do not comply. Also, failure to comply with these rules or may result in a ban from the forums or the entire site. Training Circle® is a community of individuals of all ages who are here to learn new information, to help each other, and to help their fellow peers. With that in mind, we ask that all members please follow these simple rules in order to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. The rules are as follows: (1) All information and instructions given within these forums are to be used at your own risk. By following or using any of this information given here does not hold us liable for any damages. (2) All the forums are categorized by topics. Please post your questions or messages in the appropriate forums only. (3) Please use the search functions, at the top right of each page, to find your answers. If you are still having problems, feel free to post your question. (4) All help must be provided in the forums. We do not allow support to be provided or requested via personal message, email, or remote desktop control programs. (5) If a topic is posted in a forum that is not appropriate for the question, the staff has the right to delete/ move that topic to another better suited forum. (6) Posting links in order to generate affiliate commissions is not permitted at trainingcircle.in. Any posts that are deemed to be posted in order to generate affiliate commissions, regardless of the product being promoted, will be deleted. If a user continues to create affiliate SPAM posts, they will be banned. (7) There will be no use of profanity on our message boards. This will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate suspension of account. (8) When posting, please use proper grammar. Refrain from 'text-message' style substitutions of words like 'u' for 'you', and 'ur' for 'your'. This is a multi-national forum, and some of our non-English speaking members must use translation software which is confused by abbreviations. Most of our volunteer members are very busy helping as many people as they can, and a post that is hard to read will often be overlooked. (9) There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discrimination. This will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate suspension. (10) There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments. (11) Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible. (12) Pornography of any nature or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form. (13) This forum has the right to request alteration or deletion of any offensive post. If this is not done in a prompt manner, the Staff will delete the material themselves. (14) Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable. (15) Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit, offensive, or copyrighted. (16) Advertisements, of any sort, are not permitted. This includes member names and links to commercial sites in Signatures, or in posts. You also may not solicit sales for Newegg through the use of promotion or coupon codes. If you would like to advertise on our site, contact us. (17) Avatars must be in good taste. This means no vulgar or violent images, pornography, or profanity. Avatars that are found to be inappropriate will be removed at the discretion of the staff. (18) Linking to hate, anti-Semitic, racist, pornography or other illegal sites is not permitted. (19) Links in your signature must be unobtrusive and cannot use formatting so that attention is brought to them. (20) Member's display names cannot be email addresses. This rule is in place to protect you from spam bots who will pick up your email address and spam you. (21) Members may have only one account on this forum. There is no need to have more than one. Members with more than one account will be banned permanently. (22)) Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning. (23) Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a Moderator or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed. (24) This is an English website, all forum posts must be written in English -- Any thread topics or replies written in a language other than English may be removed without notice. This is mainly because we cannot moderate languages we do not understand. (25) No "flaming" or "badgering" -- writing hostile or insulting messages aimed at other users for their views, comments, status as a user on the site, or any other reason. You can disagree with someone's views and still be polite about it. (26) No "trolling" -- posting controversial (sometimes off-topic) messages with the intent of baiting other users to reply. Also, please do not feed trolls. (27) No "spamming" -- No advertisements, or referral links to other services. We also classify "spam" as short replies (usually fewer than 7 words) which do not contribute to a forum thread in a positive manner. Some forum threads expect short messages (like some forum games), but otherwise short messages are highly discouraged. Do not post for the sake of forum post count. Your posts will be removed if we see you posting unhelpful or non-contributing messages to our site. (28) No "necro" behavior -- posting replies on very old (dead) threads which have not been locked. We only allow "necro" replies in VERY rare circumstances, all other cases will find your reply removed. If you feel strongly enough about posting a reply, please discuss with a Moderator whether to start a new thread of discussion. (29) Do not post material that is hateful or mean towards race, religion, sex, or any other offensive nature. (30) Do not post lewd or offensive content, or links to lewd or offensive content. Keep everything Safe for Work, and remember that kids visit the website. (31) No excessive swearing or language. If you're that angry about something, take a break from the forums for a while, or confront the other user directly instead of in the forums. Also, do not attempt to use any means to bypass our profanity filter, such as misspelling a cuss word, or using punctuation or spaces. We are much more likely to ban users for this behavior than those who let the profanity filter replace cuss words with *'s instead. Still, excessive swearing can get you in trouble too, so keep it clean. (32) No posting of any text which bypasses our profanity filters by purposely misspelling, using letter/symbol substitutions or any other means to bypass our censoring. You will only get one warning for this, then you will be banned from the site. (33) Do not complain if a moderator removes a message you posted. We trust our moderators, and if they've removed a message, they had a good reason. (34) Do not post any personal information about you or anyone else. We don't want to know your street address. (35) Turn off your caps lock, do not use excessive ALL CAPS in your posts. (36) Do not copy or plagiarize comments. (37) Hide areas that have a HIDE tag with HIDE=repCount. The repCount e.g. 100 is used to public show you the content only when the reputation 100 is reached (38) Please no "thank you" post. These posts will be deleted and you risk a Warn Point. After 10 Warn Points your account will be banned. (39) Please report broken links only via the Forum Report function and do not spam the thread. Posts that contain that the link is down or not working will be deleted. (40) Content from TC that is explicitly marked with "Do not Share outside of TC" will remain with us. If we notice that the content appears outside of the forum, the user will be banned (41) In our invite system we have a special rule. Users who invite others are liable for their invites. This means that if the invitee shares things outside of TC that are marked with "Do not Share outside of TC" both users will be banned. These rules are here to be followed by every member and if anybody has any problem with either us or our forums, then they are free to quit. These rules are subject to change as and when required by the forum staff and administrators. Please be updated and do not complaint of any ignorance of rules. Regards, Management TC.
